'VAR Controversially Rules Out Norwich's Goal Against Tottenham

Teemu Pukki has controversially had a goal ruled out by VAR in Norwich City's game against Spurs this evening.

Norwich are leading 1-0 at half-time but could have doubled their lead after Pukki slotted past Paulo Gazzaniga.

But VAR intervened and ruled the Finnish striker was offside by literal inches.

It was a cruel blow for Daniel Farke's side who have dominated the first half.

Fans on Twitter have been quick to criticise VAR after another harsh call.

Norwich took the lead in the eighteenth minute after Mario Vrancic fired home his first Premier League goal.

Spurs have lined up with a variety of attacking talent including summer signings Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso in midfield.

However, Jose Mourinho's side have looked toothless in the first half and have been woeful defensively.

They'll be thankful to go in at the break only one goal behind.

Do you think Pukki was offside?
