'Adama Traore Sends Message To Liverpool After Jurgen Klopp Described Him As "Unplayable"

Liverpool may have taken another step towards the Premier League title on Thursday night but Jurgen Klopp was left extremely impressed with Adama Traore.

The Reds' required a late goal from Roberto Firmino to earn all three points away to Wolves and go 16 points clear of Manchester City, with a game still in hand, but it was Wolves' winger Traore who was the name of Klopp's lips after the game.

Speaking about the former Barcelona youngster the Liverpool manager said, "[Traore] is unplayable in moments, it's unbelievable. What a player - it's not only him but he's so good."

The 23-year-old was in excellent form and the European champions struggled to contain him in the second half, and he laid on the equaliser for Raul Jimenez, before the late winner for Firmino.

Speaking after the match Traore repaid the compliment to the Liverpool boss and his team, telling BT Sport, "We don't forget they are a great team, an amazing team and one of the best - or the best in Europe.

"Congratulations to them, how they are going in the league but we fight. We will fight to the end."

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson also praised the Spanish born winger, who has also been called up for Mali without playing for them or declaring for either country, adding, "[Traore] is very tough, strong, powerful, quick. He's difficult to play against. But the lads did brilliantly against him. I thought we did really well with that."

Traore has been in brilliant form this season scoring four goals and providing seven assists for his team, getting rid of his reputation as someone who was fast but with little end product.

He may have been 'unplayable' but it didn't stop Liverpool from picking up yet another three points, such is their way this season.
