Dortmund 'make £35m offer for Ferran Torres from Valencia'

Borussia Dortmund are known as a club who buy and develop young talent and it appears that Ferran Torres could be the latest name on this conveyor belt.

According to Bild, the German giants have made a £34.8million bid for the in-demand Valencia winger.

It is yet to be seen though if Valencia will accept this offer, with Dortmund's valuation way below Torres' £87.1m release clause.
