Vidal 'open to leave Barca this summer but has received no formal offers yet'

Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal is reportedly open to an exit from the Nou Camp this summer but has received no formal offers yet.

The 32-year-old has struggled to make Quique Setien's starting team for the majority of Barcelona's 2019-2020 campaign but has nonetheless clocked up 31 appearances across all competitions, scoring a total of six goals.

Vidal's agent, Fernando Felicevich, is said to be facilitating a move as the Chile international will not be short of offers should he seek more first-team football, with Inter Milan strongly linked.

Vidal's current deal is set to expire next summer, and Barcelona are looking to offload several players to raise funds for Inter forward Lautaro Martinez, according to Marca.

Having scored nine goals from 85 appearances since arriving from Bayern Munich in 2018, Vidal is worth between €15m (£13m) and €20m (£18m), according to El Mundo Deportivo.

With the arrival of Dutch international Frenkie De Jong last summer pushing Vidal down the pecking order, Barca are reportedly open to allowing him to leave this summer, with Inter looking the likely destination.

The San Siro giants are believed to have been keen to recruit Vidal on multiple occasions and were also unsuccessful in an attempted swoop last summer.

Discussions may be relatively simple with Inter having also signed Alexis Sanchez, another of Felicevich's clients, on loan from Manchester United.
