Troy Deeney quipped that a Sky Sports reporter is a 'cheeky b*stard' for asking if he was ready to retire.
Deeney spoke following Watford's 3-2 defeat to Arsenal with confirmed their relegation from the Premier League.
The 32-year-old stated that he may have played his last game for The Hornets and Sky Sports asked if it would be his final game full stop.
He then replied: "I'm not that old you cheeky b*stard," before apologising and saying he shouldn't have sworn.

Troy Deeney just called sky sports interviewer ‘a cheeky bastard’ after he asked him if that was the last game of his career. He did apologise quickly and more than once. Deeney had suggested beforehand he may have played his last game for Watford.

Troy Deeney: "I'm only 32, you cheeky bastard."
Love @T_Deeney.
Le's have him at @ManCity
Watford needed to start strong against Arsenal this afternoon but found themselves 3-0 down inside 40 minutes.
A Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang double and Kieran Tierney's first goal for the club left Hayden Mullins' side with it all to do.
Deeney did net a penalty before half time and Danny Welbeck added a second in the second half to give Watford hope.
However, they couldn't find a third goal and their Premier League stay comes to an end after five seasons.
This season has seen them go through three managers in the form of Javi Gracia, Quique Sanchez Flores and Nigel Pearson.
