Tottenham striker Harry Kane notched his eighth assist of the 2020/21 season during Monday night's clash against Burnley, linking up with Son Heung-min (again) to provide a 76th minute winner at Turf Moor.
The England international has been in fine form in recent weeks, bagging five goals in six Premier League games so far this campaign, but his incredible link-up play with South Korean forward Son continues to be a particular highlight.
Kane's latest diving header assist for Son means only Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard have more in the PL (36).

Kane is of course known more for scoring goals than providing them. The 27-year-old has, however, already overtaken the likes of Paul Scholes and Xabi Alonso when it comes to assists in a single Premier League season.
Twitter user Duncan Alexander pointed out that Scholes and Alonso never assisted more than seven goals in a Premier League campaign during their spells at Manchester United and Liverpool respectively.
Harry Kane, on the other hand, has eight assists in six games so far. An incredible tally so early on.

The great Paul Scholes finished his distinguished career with far fewer Premier League assists than you might think.
Scholes, who spent 19 years at Old Trafford, will forever be regarded as one of the all-time great midfielders. He would regularly leather a pass from 35 or 40 yards and casually walk away like it was nothing.
But he was hardly a player who would record ten or more assists per season. In fact, as mentioned earlier, his best ever assists' tally in a Premier League campaign was just seven.
Don't get me wrong, Scholes was undoubtably an important cog in Sir Alex Ferguson's system when it came to build up play and scoring goals but in 499 Premier League appearances, the 43-year-old only amassed 55 assists.
That's an average of just under three assists every campaign.
Just went through official EPL records.... This is what I found on Scholes Assist... Guess who have more him than him..Fucking Peter Crouch pic.twitter.com/QVRGV9ycXV

The fact that James Milner, Peter Crouch and Stewart Downing have recorded more is quite remarkable when you think about it.
