Gary Neville encouraging Cristiano Ronaldo to give his first English speaking interview during his time at Manchester United will never, ever get old.
Ronaldo, just 18 at the time, had won the 'Man of the Match' award for his impressive showing against Leicester City back in the 2003/04 season.
Neville, who scored the only goal of the game that night, spoke to Sky Sports and translated for Ronaldo who was taking part in his first post-match interview.
The Reds defender brought in the Portuguese starlet and immediately joked about his brilliant outing.
As soon as they went live, Neville immediately went into 'media mode' and touched on his side's huge victory amid the title race.
He continued to assess the match before talking up Ronaldo who spoke about the importance of winning the Old Trafford clash.
Ronaldo then stumbled on a question about "confidence" with Neville attempting to help out but to no prevail.
Neville praised Ronaldo's confidence before handing him a bottle of bubbly in a brilliant moment.
Looking back at the interview and knowing what Ronaldo has gone onto do in his career, fans loved the irony of Ronaldo tripping up on the word 'confidence'.
One YouTuber user wrote: "That was the last time someone dare asked him 'Are you Confident...'"
A second wrote: "Today he is the Definition of 'Confidence.'"
A third added: ""Little did they know that this young kid they were laughing at would go on to become the greatest footballer on the planet."
Another said: "I love how he didn't understand the word confident whilst being the embodiment of confidence."
Ronaldo was unable to inspire his team to league glory that season and had to wait a few years before getting his hands on the Premier League trophy.
He won his first league title for United in the 2006/07 season and helped his team to three in a row before leaving for Real Madrid.
