Chelsea icon John Terry has been crowned the best Premier League centre-back in history ahead of Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand and Arsenal hero Tony Adams.
The 40-year-old former Chelsea and England skipper enjoyed a legendary 19-year playing career at Stamford Bridge.
Terry lifted five Premier League titles, a Champions League, five FA Cups, a Europa League and three League Cups during his time with the Blues.
The ex-Chelsea star, who made over 400 appearances for the London club, left the Blues in 2017 for Aston Villa before retiring from football in 2018.
And 90min has ranked Terry top of the pile in a star-studded list of Premier League legends, including Nemanja Vidic, Vincent Kompany and Steve Bruce.
The publication called Terry the "very best the Premier League has ever witnessed," calling him a "leader, an inspiration, reliable, evergreen: a legend."
Finishing behind the Chelsea legend was Ferdinand and Adams in second and third place respectively.
90min called Ferdinand one of the "best ball-playing defenders in football history," while Adams was branded as an "uncompromising, full-blooded, committed, talented defender."
