Bruno Fernandes showed his work rate with some amazing, high-intensity pressing in stoppage time of Manchester United's 1-0 win over West Ham.
The Portuguese playmaker started United's Thursday night's Europa League game against AC Milan. But just three days later, he was pressing the Hammers defence like his life depending on it as United looked to see out a tight game settled by Craig Dawson's own goal.
With West Ham passing the ball around, looking to spring a late attack, Fernandes pressed not one but three players as he sprints after each West Ham defender at full pelt.

Look at the work rate from Bruno Fernandes during stoppage time.

No wonder @ManUtd fans love him so much 💪pic.twitter.com/fJhxAYdO8M
An amazing show of energy and desire so late in the game.
Fernandes has already played in 43 games for Manchester United this season, starting almost all of them and regularly completing 90 minutes.
Forget the goals. Forget the assist. The work rate this man shows is unbelievable. First to press, first to win the ball back after losing it. He’s just everything and more. https://t.co/ZmQydHl2AD

Despite this, he was still able to produce a lung-bursting effort past the 90 minute mark at Old Trafford on Sunday night.
Naturally, fans were quick to praise the 26-year-old's selfless effort for the team cause with one United supporter admitting he was "tired just by looking at this" hard-running display.
@McclurgMarc @pippy_mufc I don't think there is anyone who touches him for work rate in the league.

Damn I feel sore tired just by looking this. Bruno, a simple thank you isn’t enough for your top work rate. Stay strong my portuguese magnifico 💪🏼👏🏼

No one gives more to the team than @B_Fernandes8

Bruno also impressed United fans with his behaviour pre-match, as he sought out Jesse Lingard - the long-time Man United player currently on loan at West Ham - for a hug.
Then there was the incident during last weekend's 2-0 win over Manchester City when, after being substituted right at the end of the game in order to kill time, Bruno stood on his feet anxiously watching the closing minutes over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's shoulder.
A man who gives everything for the team 💪

But it's not just his goals and assists that make us absolutely love @B_Fernandes8 👀#MUFC
Fernandes has racked up 23 goals and 13 assists in all competitions this season for his club.
But it's the commitment to the cause, as well as his goal return, that has United fans pointing out that their No 18 is showing his leadership ability as well as his skills on the pitch this season.
