'A Ranking Of Which Premier League Manager Would Be Best In A Fight Has Got Fans Talking

A football journalist has shared a list of how effective every Premier League manager would be in a fight and it's caused a lot of debate.

The Guardian's Jonathan Liew has taken to Twitter and shared his list which features a few shock calls.

It's Watford manager Nigel Pearson who takes top spot with Wolves coach Nuno Espirito Santo coming second.

Surprisingly, Burnley's Sean Dyche comes in third despite his gravelly tones surely putting him above anyone else before a punch is thrown.

Southampton's Ralph Hasenhuttl and Sheffield United's Chris Wilder make up the top five.

At the other end of the table, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer comes bottom, even behind 72-year-old Roy Hodgson.

Fans on Twitter have gotten involved and it's probably the most highly contested football debate since all the leagues were postponed last week.

Liew had made a list three years prior which looked very different.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is in 18th place on the 2017 list but has risen ten places to eighth for 2020's table.

When asked how the Cherries boss has risen so quickly, Liew replied with:

"When a man falls on hard times, he learns a thing or two. He tastes blood under his tongue. He hears hounds wherever he goes. The strip light in his office flickers off and on. He's a desperate man, and a desperate man is a dangerous man."

Sound reasoning.

Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp find themselves in the bottom half of the table alongside fellow managerial heavyweight Jose Mourinho.
