John Terry may have just completed the 'Toilet Roll Challenge' by involving the Champions League trophy.
The challenge has taken over the footballing world as stars self-isolate following the COVID 19/coronavirus outbreak.
Former Chelsea captain Terry could have produced the best of the lot however with his volley.
As the Champions League anthem echoes in the background, 'JT' takes aim and slots a toilet roll straight into the trophy.
The 39-year-old then made reference to his famous full-kit celebration in 2012 captioning the post with: 'I was going to put my kit on but I couldn't find my shin pads.'
Fans on Instagram have reacted to the post and appreciate the former England international's joke at his own expense.
One user wrote: 'What an absolute legend'.
While a second stated: 'Too funny, love this.'
In case you're unaware, Chelsea won the Champions League in 2012 after defeating Bayern Munich on penalties.
Terry was captain at the time but didn't feature in the game after picking up a red card against Barcelona in the semi-final second leg.
But that didn't stop Terry taking to the Allianz Arena turf at full-time in his full kit despite not playing a minute of the game.
The move was mocked by many fans at the time but the man himself doesn't understand why.
Per Daily Star, he opened up on the incident during an appearance on Soccer AM and told the show: "I don't know why people got so carried away with it.
"There were four or five other players in the same situation, it wasn't just me!
"But because people don't like me as much I got a bit more stick.
"It actually came from UEFA. In previous years they'd had players in suits but this time they wanted everyone in a kit.
"Not too many people know that.

"But no doubt about it, I was on early doors with my kit."
Terry isn't the only footballer keeping himself occupied indoors.
Former England teammate James Milner has produced in only ways he can with his series of self-isolation videos.
Milner has turned up his 'borigng' persona to 11 and released a series of videos showing him complete mundane tasks including counting teabags and cutting the grass in his garden.
We only hope this kind of stuff can continue while we cope without football.
