Sarri 'keen on a reunion with Jorginho' at Juve but it will not be easy

Jorginho was the heart and soul of Sarri-ball at Napoli and Chelsea, but that symbiotic relationship was disrupted last summer, when Maurizio Sarri himself left for Juventus.

And even though his new team lead the Serie A at the moment, performances have not been up to par. Sarri seems to be missing his key piece, with Miralem Pjanić supposedly not fulfilling the exacting demands of the regista role in the system.

Italian transfer guru Alfredo Pedulla reports that Sarri is longing for another reunion with Jorginho, to help things in Turin. "As early as tomorrow", if he had his way.

The report adds that Sarri also wouldn't mind if N'Golo Kanté came along as well, to continue his personal development as a box-to-box midfielder, but given a choice, Sarri would of course prefer Jorginho.

This won't be easy — it never is — especially with Lampard a big fan of Jorginho as well. The 28-year-old’s contract is another big hurdle, even more so in these new economic times. He has three more years left, and is no longer being scapegoated by the mob either.
