The report claims that Spurs would like to increase the salary of the Brazilian midfielder.
However, Arthur has told GdS that he is proud to be linked with Inter but currently has no plans to leave Camp Nou.
"For any player, being linked to a such an important club and one as recognised around the world as Inter, a club with a great coach and an impressive squad, is a source of pride.
"Having said that, though, the thoughts I have in my mind right now are only for Barcelona: I feel very good at the club and in the city, and I sincerely continue to see myself dressed in Blaugrana for many years to come." said Arthur.
