'Jurgen Klopp Had To Walk Out Of Live Sky Sports Interview In Tears

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp left an interview with Sky Sports in tears after winning the club's first ever Premier League title.

The Merseyside outfit were confirmed champions on Thursday evening after Manchester City fell to a 2-1 defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Klopp joined Sky Sports almost immediately after the title was won and it was an emotional affair.

Donned in a Liverpool shirt, the German coach chatted with Reds legends Graeme Souness, Phil Thompson and Kenny Dalglish.

As the interview came to a close, the 53-year-old battled through tears and stated: "I have no real words. I never would have thought I would feel like this.

"I'm completely overwhelmed. It's just...I'm sorry gentlemen," before leaving the room.

Fans have reacted to the tear-jerking interview and they're full of love for Klopp.

In the interview, Klopp also paid tribute to Dalglish as well as former club captain Steven Gerrard.

"This is for Kenny you had to wait. Stevie you too. I know how much this means to everyone."

Captain Jordan Henderson also spoke to Sky Sports in the broadcast and it was clear to see he was also in ecstasy.

Liverpool have clinched the title with seven games to spare and could receive a guard of honour from City when they face-off next Thursday.
