Bruno Fernandes missed his second penalty in a matter of days for Manchester United, but this time he was saved by PSG's Keylor Navas moving too early.
On Saturday evening, Fernandes shocked everyone by missing for the first time in 11 attempts for United from the spot, when his penalty was saved by Karl Darlow against Newcastle United.
The Portuguese midfielder had a chance for quick redemption from 12 yards on Tuesday night in the Champions League. Abdou Diallo fouled Anthony Martial in the box with a clumsy challenge to give United a penalty.
Fernandes stepped up and reintroduced his usual skip up to the ball, but it didn't help. Navas went the right way to save the penalty but the former Real Madrid keeper had come off his line, leading to a retake.
The former Sporting man, wearing the captain's armband for the first time for United, went the same way and this time put United ahead.
Early drama in this season's Champions League!

United were definitely the underdogs going into the game in Paris on Tuesday and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer set up with a 5-3-2 system to try and stop the threat posed by Neymar, Angel di Maria and Kylian Mbappe upfront.
Neymar especially looked to be causing Scott McTominay problems but after United weathered an early storm they started having more of a say in the game.
There was no question about the penalty and United had other chances in the half with McTominay's header from a corner being deflected behind, whilst Diallo did well to put Marcus Rashford off.
United famously needed a penalty last time they faced PSG, in March 2019. Solskjaer's side overturned a 2-0 loss in Manchester in the last 16 first leg to win 3-1 in the French capital, thanks to Rashford's last minute spot kick.
