'Every Manchester United Signing In The Last Six Years Ranked From 'Hit' To 'Flop'

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Bruno Fernandes and Nemanja Matic are amongst the players to have been branded as 'hits' after signing for Manchester United.

United have been heavily criticised for their handling of transfer targets in the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era.

And The Daily Mirror has now ranked every signing under Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho and current United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Old Trafford.

The newspaper has branded each United player, both past and present, from 'hit' to 'time will tell' to 'meh' to 'flop.'

The large portion of Van Gaal's signings, which included the likes of Angel Di Maria and Memphis Depay, were labelled as flops.

Mourinho, on the other hand, has some players like Ibrahimovic and Nemanja Matic branded as hits.

Some of Solskjaer's signings are still 'too early' to receive a rating from The Mirror, while others like Fernandes and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are already considered as hits for United.
