'Half Of Diogo Dalot's Manchester United Goodbye Message Is Dedicated To A Goal Vs Tranmere Rovers

Diogo Dalot has posted an emotional goodbye video to Manchester United - but his lack of game time means it looks rather underwhelming.

Dalot is joining AC Milan on a season-long loan after his Old Trafford career stagnated last season.

Signed by Jose Mourinho in 2018, Dalot was tipped to be one for the future but was pushed down the pecking order by Aaron Wan-Bissaka's arrival last summer.

It means that while United fans have a soft spot for the 21-year-old, his own individual highlights are rather limited.

Dalot only scored one goal for United, in the FA Cup against League Two outfit Tranmere Rovers back in January and half of the compilation is dedicated to it.

Another key moment in his career was winning the penalty in United's famous comeback win over Paris Saint-Germain.

Dalot's shot ricocheted off Presnel Kimpembe's hand in added time and Marcus Rashford buried the penalty to send United through.

Fans wished the Portuguese youngster luck with his move to Serie A and they are desperate to see him succeed.

United are still hoping to add to their squad before Monday's deadline and have reportedly agreed a fee with Porto for Alex Telles.

The 28-year-old has been on the Red Devils' radar over the last few weeks and Sky Sports' Brian Swanson has revealed both parties have come to terms.

Telles will sign a long-term contract with United and they will pay a fee of €20 million.
