Kulusevski 'on Man United's radar but Old Lady want to keep the Swede'

Manchester United are keen on bringing in Juventus forward Dejan Kulusevski this summer, according to reports in Italy.

The Swedish forward has been a regular for Andrea Pirlo's Old Lady this season despite the Serie A giants' struggles to retain the Scudetto this term.

Kulusevski is playing his first full season at the elite level and the 20-year-old has five goals and four assists in all competitions so far for Juventus this season.

And according to Calciomercato.com, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on bringing in the Swede to Old Trafford but Juventus are not keen on selling their young forward.

Juventus are currently undergoing a rebuild under Andrea Pirlo but the Serie A giants are 12 points behind top-flight leaders Inter Milan and were dumped out of the Champions League by FC Porto last month.

The disappointing campaign means several Juventus stars face an uncertain future with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Aaron Ramsey, Adrien Rabiot, Paulo Dybala, Matthijs De Ligt and Alvaro Morata facing crucial months ahead.

The Sun claimed that Manchester United were tracking Kulusevski before he made his £30million move to Juventus from Atalanta in January 2020.

The Swede came through the youth ranks at the Bergamo club but joined Parma at the start of the 2019-20 season, enjoying a brilliant breakout campaign in Italy's top-flight which earned him the Serie A Young Player of the Year Award last term.

His form at Parma earned him his first call-up to the Swedish national team in November 2019 and Kulusevski is expected to play a key role for his country at this summer's European Championships.

Back in November, the young forward was named in the top ten most valuable players born this millennium, with the Juventus man rated at £67million.

Kulusevski was named ahead of the likes of Manchester City's Phil Foden, Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior and Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi but behind Manchester United star Mason Greenwood who was fifth at £103.8million.

Arsenal star Bukayo Saka was named just ahead of Kulusevski in seventh place while Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies was named as the most valuable youngster, rated at £162.5million.
