Liverpool have released a very emotional celebratory video on Twitter last night after claiming their first ever Premier League title, and their first League title in 30 years.
For 30 years, Liverpool fans have said "next year is their year", and finally, in the Premier League's 28th season they can finally say it after winning their first-ever Premier League title.
Liverpool won the game thanks to Manchester City losing to Chelsea 2-1 and giving the title to Merseyside for the first time.
The perfect penalty. 👌

At the final whistle of Chelsea's 2-1 victory over Manchester City, Liverpool posted a video on Twitter, thanking the Liverpool fans who weren't able to watch their team win it in person, and to celebrate winning their first-ever Premier League title.
Manager Jurgen Klopp narrated over the video, saying:
"This club means everything to the people. So it's our job to show that it means absolutely everything for us as well. It's a lot about emotion, the intensity, how the supporters live.
"Where did you ever hear a better message than You'll Never Walk Alone? It's the most beautiful song in the world. Everybody feels it, everybody loves it. Everybody gets the message. In your darkest moments, you are not alone. I love that."
Tell the world…
