Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta believes it's inevitable that his former midfield partner Xavi will return to the Nou Camp as manager.
Xavi is currently managing Qatari side Al Sadd and has guided them to the top of the league; seven points clear of the team in second place.

'Xavi has the potential required to do it with Barca. I hope that everything improves and that the stability of the club recovers with the next elections because things are not going well at the moment.'
The Catalans have progressed to the last-16 of the Champions League, however domestically they are eight points behind leaders Atletico Madrid having played a game more than Diego Simeone's side.
Iniesta is hopeful that the club's upcoming presidential elections will provide Barca will the stability and direction needed for the club to thrive once more following a turbulent summer which nearly saw Lionel Messi sensationally depart.
He added: 'Of course, Barcelona is always called to win titles. The club members will choose who to see as the best president for the club. Regardless of who it is, I wish Barcelona that everything returns to normal, this is what every Barcelona player wants.'
The 36-year-old joined Vissel Kobe in 2018 and as is content to wind down his playing career in the J1 League in Japan.
